1 (10 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
1 (4 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (4.5 ounce) can onion, drained
1 (6 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes with juice
1 onion, seeded and chopped
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
1 bay leaf
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag; place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the outside of the bag. Seal and shake to coat.
Place bag over a large dish or platter to catch juices. Brush mixture over chicken. Season with tomato soup, onion, garlic, bay leaf, and pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
