1 large light egg
2 teaspoons ground ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons cow milk
1 cup white sugar (optional)
1 tablespoon butter (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
The egg and cinnamon are minced and allowed to stand for 1 to 2 minutes. Then remove from oven and process with the milk until all bread crumbs have broken up.
Sift the sugar, egg, and cinnamon into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour milk mixture over the top and pour mixture into the oven.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until bread sounds when lightly tapped. Cool completely then refrigerate for several hours before serving.
