6 slices bacon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup smoked salmon
1/2 cup beef broth
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and crumble. Set aside.
While bacon is cooking, in a medium bowl mix lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salmon in small bowl. Mix and heat well.
Place bacon in large mixing bowl, with liquid from cooked salmon and bacon grease. Mix gently until evenly coated. Transfer to medium diagonal serving dishes. Serve with tuna salad and mozzarella cheese.
very good but could use more yellow extra crispy bits for coating roasts very easy to make the right amount of sauce with no need to change a thing
