2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk chocolate syrup
1 (12 ounce) package chocolate flavored Jell-O mix
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Stir flour into boiling water in large bowl, stirring occasionally, until mixture is pourable. Stir in sugar, baking powder and soda. Continue stirring until mixture is smooth.
Pour evaporated milk into a large bowl and beat in milk, vanilla and egg. Beat chocolate syrup into egg mixture and pour into greased 9x5-inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 12 to 13 minutes or until bubbly. Cool completely in pan. Cookie may be stored up to 24 hours or frozen for future use.
