1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1 small onion, diced
8 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried basil
In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, sharp Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, onion and crushed cornflakes. Shape into small balls, refrigerate.
In a medium bowl, mix together crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil and crushed cornflakes. Shape into small balls, refrigerate.
Roll balls in cornflakes and tomato sugar, secure with a fork. Place on cookie sheets and allow to chill. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven until meat juices run clear, about 1 hour.
