1 (8 ounce) can whole, diced tomatoes
1 (16 ounce) package boneless, roasted chicken breast meat - cut into 6 sections
green bell pepper, chopped
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
use chicken sparingly
1 cup water
8 ounces beef, diced
1 cup dry milk
1 cup beef stock
1/2 cup dry brown gravy
The following is a very good bone dryer recipe!
6 whole tomatoes
1 whole birds bone, uncooked
2 onions, chopped
1 cup dry cooked chicken broth
2 cups cold water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
4 cloves garlic, peeled
4 tablespoons low-fat cottage cheese
4 tablespoons butter
In a saucepan, shut the lid, or place the tomato and onion in the water and cover for 2 hours. Carbs are good!
Meanwhile, in a slow cooker set to low temperature, combine the chicken broth, brown gravy and red pepper flakes.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Water amounts will vary and will depend upon age of meat.
