3 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried parsley
3 pounds porterhouse steak
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces mushrooms
2 tablespoons Italian-style salad dressing
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pepper, garlic and parsley. Saute for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Brown porterhouse steak in oil for 15 minutes. Stir in Italian-style seasoning, salt, mushrooms and Italian-style salad dressing. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes until steak is done. Toss steak with mushrooms mixture and toss again. Return porterhouse to pan and cook over medium heat until brown. Serve immediately.
