3 tablespoons olive oil
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
2 tablespoons dried minced onion, drained
1 tablespoon dried minced green onions
1 tablespoon dried minced green chile peppers, drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook peppers and onions in olive oil until almost translucent, about 15 minutes.
Remove peppers and onions from pan; drain.
Place peppers and onions in a medium bowl. Stir in cheese.
Bring skillet to a boil. Pour olive oil mixture over peppers and onions; simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors. Serve hot.
