Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound bacon

4 pounds pork chops

1 (2.5 ounce) jalapeno pepper, seeded and seeded

6 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste

8 slices American cheese, cubed

Directions

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Heat over medium heat, and cook until evenly brown. Remove bacon from skillet; place chops in skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain, and set aside.

Place bacon grease in a large bowl. Saute pork chops for 5 minutes, or until bacon is crispy. Remove from skillet, and set aside.

Stir bacon grease into skillet with chilies, tomato paste, and cheese. Return pork chops to skillet. Stir occasionally, until evenly coated.
