Nondairy Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

2 cups milk

8 tablespoons sugar

3 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 (16 ounce) can sliced ripe bananas

1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease two 8x8 inch loaf pans.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, milk, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the bananas and walnuts. Pour mixture into pans.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
