1 (1 ounce) square milk chocolate
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple or pineapple juice
2 cups nonfat evaporated milk
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix milk chocolate, pineapple juice, evaporated milk, sugar and cocoa powder. Place mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
I am not a Murgan nor Vietnamese Quitter but could absolutely see how this could be causing intense heat humanly not intended. The nutritional references seem low but if it were 500 calories witho grains then perhaps I'd change it up a little. Just wanted to know how it classed yesterday. Thanks for some assistance
