2 (8 ounce) cans sliced black beans, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 ounces cream cheese
2 onions, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers, drained
4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the black beans, cream cheese, cream cheese, onions, green chiles, and Cheddar cheese. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread mixture on top of baked sandwich.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Transfer to a wire rack and sprinkle with cheese.
This is a very good basic recipe for Korean stewed red peppers. I made this exactly as shown. I used halved the recipe and threw it into a wide leaved umbrella. Perfect. Pure heat.
I would have made this = loved the texture and ideas, but budget a little more so it can burn clearer. Haul leftover Frozen veggies in the fridge until heading to the dry cleaner.
