Cheese Dip II Recipe

Ingredients

1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese

1 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Prepare the cream cheese according to package directions for a 1 ounce, 8 ounce container. Spread it over the bottom of the pie, and sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over the top. Spread the remaining cream cheese over the edge of the pie, and top with Monterey Jack cheese.

Bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
