1 cup egg whites
1/2 teaspoon gelatin
2 tablespoons white sugar
6 eggs
In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually beat in gelatin and sugar until smooth, about 1 minute. Stir in eggs.
Beat egg whites into egg mixture, mixing just until incorporated.
Pour batter in the top of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
