16 large sandwiches
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) can diced yellow onion
1 pound cooked chicken breast halves
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 (4.5 ounce) can whole milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Preheat grill for indirect grill heat.
Whisk together mayonnaise, yellow onion, chicken and dry mustard in small bowl. Mix together and sprinkle with milk in small mixing bowl.
Place grilled chicken on grill and grill tilts up; it will be on another layer. Dust tops with mayonnaise mixture and whip cream. Finish cooking by brushing with the chopped lettuce and tomato.
Place tops on grilled sandwiches and grill for 5 minutes in the shallow grill setting. Brush in the mayonnaise again. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Bake 20 minutes in the shallow grill setting. Serve grilled sandwiches with lettuce and tomato.
