Mystery Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon dried rosemary sprigs

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 cup dry white wine

2 pounds lean ground beef

1 (16 ounce) can red meat

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix the garlic powder, basil, oregano, garlic powder, rosemary, sage, rosemary sprigs, sage , rosemary, white wine, steak and pork together. Dice into 1-inch cubes.

Place meat in 9x13 inch greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Brush meat with marinade mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 1 1 hour.

Remove foil from meatballs and pour marinade into pan with juices and meat. Bake for 10-15 minutes longer.

Let me start by saying that I really like this cookie. It was still very simple for me. I followed the recipe exactly, as written, for a rum cake. I would have thought that would be it. Holy cow! This was moist and nice andoo yummy! Saves time and trouble.
