Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix the garlic powder, basil, oregano, garlic powder, rosemary, sage, rosemary sprigs, sage , rosemary, white wine, steak and pork together. Dice into 1-inch cubes.
