12 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup KRAFT Lean Italian Sausage and Veggie Blend Shrimp
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped Brussels sprouts
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup marinated mushrooms
1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
1 cup chopped celery
1 (2 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
In a large bowl beat eggs until foamy. Mix sugar and margarine in a large bowl. Gradually beat in vanilla extract while whipping. Stir in cheese. Mix the egg mixture into the cheese mixture, stirring just to moisten. Fold in shrimp.

Spread 1/2 cup of the cheese mixture in the bottom of a greased 7x7 inch pan. Top with remaining 1/2 cup mixture and top with Brussels sprouts. Place remaining 2 1/2 cups of cheese mixture on top and sandwich with mushrooms and broccoli. Repeat with remaining filling and shrimp. Cover with remaining parsley and Italian-style salad dressing. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
