3 (8 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons Italian-style seasoning
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper seeds
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
In a medium mixing bowl, mix mushrooms, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, Italian seasoning, oregano, salt, basil and ground black pepper. Mix well, cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Spread mixture onto a small baking sheet. Bake in a 10x15 inch baking dish for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
