4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (3 ounce) squares unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup grated green olives
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a large mixing bowl.
Beat cream cheese cheese and butter until smooth; add milk. Beat together with thick slices of green olives. Spread 1/2 cup evenly over the bottom and half the sides of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven until butter begins to brown, about 8 minutes. Top with half of olives and stir evenly slowly.
So simple yet so delicious!
