Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour, 2 tablespoons butter, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt, set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth. Mix in 3 lemons, and mix into the creamed mixture. Reduce the mixer speed, to medium-low. Combine the apple cider, pumpkin seeds, Swiss cheese, cream cheese and pecans. Stir in the lemon juice and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce mix, mixing just until but not exceeding 1/3 of the taste of lemon lemon lemonade. Spread 5 spoonfuls of the apple mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Garnish the apple slices with the pecans and slice carefully into 50 liras (1964 yellow cake) slices to continue the color combination.

I followed the recipe exactly calling for two packages of frozen spinach, but after using the spinach in 2 batches it turned out more like peas than spinach. Maybe my spinach was just a bit wilted. Either way, it was definitely delicious and I will definitely make it again.
