Chocolate Candy Corn Corn Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1 cup milk

4 cups corn syrup

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

6 cups confectioners' sugar

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (3 ounce) packages of miniature marshmallows.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, and milk. Beat in the corn syrup, vanilla and confectioners' sugar; beat until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread marshmallow mixture over a large baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until marshmallows have hardened and are golden. Allow to cool on baking sheet before cutting into bars.
