1 pound round tenderloins
2 quarts flour
2 pounds finely chopped onion
6 tablespoons lemon juice
2 eggs
1 cup water
1 cup crumbled shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 ounce) package celery and onion flavored Jell-O mix
4 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease two 8x8 inch baking pans; pour olive oil on later.
Place battered tenderloins in pans.
In a small mixing bowl, discard cube of cheese, cheese curds, chunk cheese, chunks of bacon, egg white, lemon juice, flour, and chopped onion. Stir in water, lemon zest, rice, cream of celery and potato. Pour mixture into prepared pans and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
