3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Whipped Topping
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, water, vegetable oil and vanilla together until blended; set aside.
In a separate bowl, stir together brown sugar, lemon zest and whipped topping. Fold into egg mixture and spread into prepared baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
