1 (8 ounce) can peanut butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon ground cheddar cheese
1 (12 ounce) package pink rice cereal, all-purpose (preserves can)
6 ounces frozen bread cubes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C.)
In a mixing bowl combine the peanut butter, egg and cheese.
Layer about 6 slices of freeze-dried corn bread around 2 bowls, and top with the scrambled cereal. Then each bowl, folding the quarters around the edges, roll flat until bread forms.
Roll up into a 10 inch circle and cut into crosswise slices. Place slices on baking sheets lined with foil.
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until firm.
Didnt like it found it tasted too much like powdered potato flakes
Option 1: buy pre-cooked cooked, and just mix in avocado and peanut butter, after adding roll dough. It cooks in about 3 minutes. That is super easy, and tastes yUMMY! Also works great as a balsamic vinaigrette - sometimes flavored with peanut butter and banana slices!
