2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate puree
1 cup coconut rum
1 cup applesauce
1 cup margarine, softened
3 cups all-purpose flour
6 eggs
1 (8 ounce) can vanilla wafield
2 cups fruit cocktail
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a blender, combine chocolate, coconut rum, applesauce, margarine, and flour. Blend until smooth. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Blend well. Drop dough by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for 23 to 27 minutes, stirring or until golden brown. Cool completely on baking sheet.
