1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup banana halves
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 egg and sugar until smooth. Beat in banana halves and peanut butter. Beat in vanilla extract. Stir together the flour mixture, egg mixture and banana and peanut butter mixture. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once. Remove cookies from baking sheet to cool on wire racks.
