1 pound ground beef
2 onions, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large tomato, diced
1 (8 ounce) can refried beans
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans with salsa
1 (12 ounce) can refried beans with salsa
1 (8 ounce) bottle Mexican-style taco sauce
1 (3 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
1 tablespoon sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix the beef, onions, oil, tomato and refried beans. Stuff each tortilla with the beef mixture. Place in baking dish.
In a large saucepan, heat the refried beans. Saute until about 5 minutes. Mix in the taco sauce and black olives. Pour over the tortilla mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until heated through. Repeat 1 or 2 times.
