2 (10 ounce) cans peeled and diced chicken breast meat
4 slices processed cheese food
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/3 cup chopped black olives
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken breast meat in a shallow dish or bowl. Mix together cheese and seasoned salt. Shape into chicken. Roll chicken as thin as possible, but don't completely seal. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with black olives.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Remove chicken from oven. Baste with milk.
I worked at a Chinese restaurant for almost two years and everyone always asks for the recipe. I always add a dash of nutritional yeast and a few crumb of garlic powder. I always add a bit of oil at the beginning and end of the roll. I really like this recipe and I will make it again.
