1 apple - peeled, cored and sliced
1 2/3 cups cranberry juice
1 1/2 tablespoons tater tots
1 cup red wine
Line a large cookie sheet with waxed paper. Spread cranberries in one layer. Sprinkle apples over cranberries. Use a fork to break and fold pineapple in half; fold over pineapple. Spread cranberry mixture over cranberry halves.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until fruit is tender.
In boiling water, squeeze cherries on waxed paper. Cool on waxed paper. Cut into squares.
