1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
4 large strawberries, sliced
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups graham cracker crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch pie pan. Combine sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour mixture into pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until strawberries are set and a toothpick inserted into center of the pie comes out clean. Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
Place sliced strawberries on bottom of pie crust. Dip slices of crumb mixture into egg mixture and then sprinkle on top of strawberries. Cover pie with jelly-roll pie crust or aluminum foil. Frost with sliced strawberries.
