1 (20 ounce) can sliced fruit with juice, garnish
1 (6 ounce) can sliced fruit with liquid
1 quart milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange extract
2 cups sorbet
1 tablespoon citrus marinade
In a saucepan, combine fruit juice, fruit with juice and milk. Whisk together and heat gently.
Pour over a double boiler, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter and sugar.
Separate fruit into small pieces, place over sauce mixture. Serve in dessert glasses with whipped cream and orange marmalade.
