2 tablespoons olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 cup rice flour
1/2 teaspoon dried salt
1 tablespoon dried oregano
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, rice flour, oregano, flour, salt, potatoes and olive oil. Mix until well blended.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and fry for about 4 minutes, or until golden.
