1 cup water
1 cup orange juice
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup cranberry juice
2 cups apricot preserves
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine water, orange juice, lemon juice, cranberry juice, cranberry juice, apricot preserves, pumpkin puree, sugar, and lemon zest. Mix well.
Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sugar. Place on waxed paper.
