1 pound sauerkraut
1 cup dry mixed vegetables
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cups uncooked curly rice
salt and pepper to taste
In a large saucepan, combine the sauerkraut, dry mixed vegetables, chicken broth and rice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until all vegetables have wilted, about 15 minutes. Stir in the salt and pepper to taste and serve.
