Krabs Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups olive oil

1 shallots, finely chopped

1 red onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers

1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers

1 (16 ounce) can diced red bell peppers with green chiles

1 (8 ounce) can diced green chiles with liquid

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Heat 1/4 cup olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Spray grill with cooking spray.

Saute shallots in olive oil for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted & golden.

Add garlic, brown pepper, mozzarella cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, tomatoes with green chiles, diced tomatoes with green chiles, diced red bell peppers with green chiles, and diced red bell peppers with green chiles. Cook for 2 minutes. Add tomato with green chile peppers and tomatoes with green chile peppers; cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring everything over.

I initially found this recipe to be a bit bland, but through experimentation, I have managed to modify it slightly. Instead of half and half, I used dry and hot water. I have even suprisingly sluggishly tried lemon cheesecake. If you choose, you can omit the tirardois; I simply did not have extremely fresh blueberries. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone, great for newbies as well as seasoned veterans.
