1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon butter or margarine, softened
1 (12 ounce) container French vanilla pudding mix
2 (3 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover and chill in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight. Serve with butter pudding or whipped cream until served.
