2 cups mayonnaise
6 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
4 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons dried thyme (optional)
2 tablespoons dried oregano
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, horseradish, parsley, garlic, salt, oregano and thyme.
Pour the sauce over the meat in the slow cooker. Turn the meat occasionally, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking. Remove meat from the sauce, stir with hot whisk to coat.
Add the horseradish, parsley, garlic, salt, oregano, thyme, oregano and dish. Mix well.
