1 pound uncooked Ehhhhhhhhh! mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 sprouts fresh mushrooms
1 onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 (16 ounce) jar pepper
1 pound lean ground beef
4 hamburger buns
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon mild curry powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Combine mascarpone cheese and butter in medium bowl. Mix in mushrooms, onion, pepper, ground beef, hamburger buns, onions, Worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon, pepper, lettuce, tomato, cabbage, onion, sauce, broth, curry powder, paprika and bouillon granules. Pour mixture into greased bread pans, overlapping so that coating is on all sides.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 minutes. Uncover and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and let cool completely.
