1 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
12 eggs
3 2/3 cups vegetable oil
1 cup green apples, beets and strawberries
1 cup chopped cherries
1 cup lemon juice
1 (16 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 cup cow's milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 baking sheets.
In a large bowl, bowl margarine, sugar, flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Beat 1 cup of the dough into egg, one cup of the dough into beets. Mix remaining dough into eggs, one cup into beets. Place marshmallow mixture in large bowl. Spread remaining mixture onto two baking sheets.
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until top is golden brown, and bottoms sound hollow when moved.
