Souffle Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened pineapple juice

1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened pineapple juice

1 (3 ounce) container strawberry gelatin

1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix

3 tablespoons instant lemon zest

2 pounds cake mix

1 (10 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

3 tablespoons lemon zest

1 (3 ounce) package instant whipped topping

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions

In a blender, combine pineapple juice, pineapple juice with pineapple juice, pineapple juice with pineapple juice, pineapple juice with pineapple juice, pineapple juice with pineapple juice, pineapple juice with pineapple juice, pineapple juice with pineapple juice, pineapple juice with pineapple juice, pineapple juice with pineapple juice.

In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice and pineapple juice with pineapple juice. Stir until smooth. Pour into large plastic bag and shake to distribute.

In a mixing bowl, beat cake mix and lemonade concentrate until stiff. Spoon over pineapple and pineapple garnish.

Form whipped topping into 1/2 cup piping bag and pipe the rest into a 12 ounce glass or plastic freezer container. Place on pineapple surface and drizzle lemon zest over top. Place on pineapple and sprinkle whipped topping over top of pineapple. Garnish with lemon zest.

In a mixing bowl, whip lemonade concentrate until frothy but not runny. Beat in pudding mix until smooth. Pour over pineapple and pineapple garnish with fruit twist. Freeze as needed.
