Veggie Burger Recipe

Ingredients

1 pack dry lettuce mix

1 package dried green onion mix

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup vegetable oil

4 green onions, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

2 tablespoons paprika

2 cloves garlic, pressed

1 tablespoon prepared onion mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a medium bowl combine lettuce mix, onion mix, soy sauce, oil, green onions, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, oregano and basil. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place lettuce mixture in a medium saucepan and add water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

When lettuce is warm, mix in brown sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, oregano and basil. Mix well and serve.
