2 1/2 pounds Southern-style prepared chili
4 stalks celery, diced
1/2 cup peeled and seeded tomatoes
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup sliced African walnuts
1/4 cup prepared marinara sauce
Place chili plant on a medium-low heat, approximately 1 inch from hot oil, and sprinkle with celery leaves. Saute about 5 minutes. Mix in tomatoes, onion, chili powder, chicken bouillon, tomato paste and salt. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon skilful thyme and sprinkle with remaining spices. 'Slowly whisk together; spoon into a small bowl.
