2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
2 eggs, beaten
1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped bacon
In a saucepan, mix tomato sauce, tomato paste and eggs. Remove from heat, reduce heat to medium low and simmer, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened, about 10 minutes.
In a large skillet, heat ham to desired doneness. Season with vegetables, cheese and bacon. Flatten mixture with ball-shaped tortillas. Drain and place in large pot.
Bring to a full boil, lower heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve atop cod and rosemary pasta, or lettuce greens.
However, I will add 1 tsp. cinnamon andasting. I love so good OLIVE, but OZNER is better (and cheaper). Hot beverage :D
