Excellent and fast recipe. I only had one package of hot dogs and I knew it would be finicky but it was worth it. Would make it again soon.

This was great, but I make all of my greek yogurt in the blender (in theory, it should infuse into the dough, right? Wrong. It was all over the counter and I had to make a new batch.). I verified this by passing the mixture through a food mill, which turns out fine (but as another reviewer noted, it is very fluffy). All in all, yummy!
