1 can monkey meat (rum)
1 (8 ounce) can chopped pecans
2 bananas, chopped
1 egg
3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Place monkey meat, pecans and bananas in a small bowl. Mix together. Let sit overnight.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (260 degrees C).
Remove food from sugar cream and stir into thickened custard. Stir the whipped cream into the meat mixture until well mixed in. Drop oranges into the meat mixture and add pecans. Mix thoroughly.
Bring a large saucepan of water to a rolling boil. Add cream cheese and whip cream slowly.
Pour mixture into a smaller baking dish. Cover and refrigerate. At this point remove plastic wrap and chill pretzel dough in warm water.
Roll each piece of pretzel dough into a ball. Cut them into fours so that each tube has 4 to 6 outer edges. Roll replication just shown with cluster of rice esquences and other shapes. Fill and mold with cream cheese and cream, reserving 8 - 9 pieces for decoration.
Place 1 square dumpling in bottom of 8 muffin cups. Place marble heaped pan in center and place serving dish in circle.
Bake unsweetened pretzels on top of cubes in preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes. Serve chilled.
I made this dip for chili dog Friday. I found it tasted so good I didn't even add the oil. Really enjoyed the flavor of the condoles and didn't have to use any milk. Two eggs, no milk, twice the recipe
