1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup chopped fresh orange zest
1 teaspoon orange zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl combine olive oil, orange juice, orange juice, orange zest and orange zest. Mix well and pour mixture into the bottom of a 10 ounce casserole dish.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
