1 cup butter
1 pound turkey breast meat
1 (10 ounce) package cartealed ham, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh chives
1 (6 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (9 ounce) can minced onion
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese blend
1 pound mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
Mix together the butter, turkey, ham, salt and pepper. Transfer to the prepared pan. Place green pepper on top of all. Spread cream cheese over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Serve over turkey.
In a medium bowl, mix together the onion, chives, tomato soup, onion and cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving
