1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 cup sifted butter
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons alcohol
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 9 inch square baking dish with butter.
In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter mixture until smooth. Beat in the pineapple and apple juice. Beat in the salt, nutmeg, alcohol and evaporated milk, mixing just until incorporated. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
