1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened white chocolate
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white sugar
2-3/4 cups water
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Grease and flour three 8 inch round or cake pans.
In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix and butter until well blended
In a medium bowl, mix together the sugar, water, and chocolate chips. Pour into the prepared pans.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out almost clean. Cool cake completely before frosting.
I'm sorry to say, but my sandwich went bad quick. Normally I maintain a smoothie in the fridge, but this was too gritty. So unless you're using an instant, it would have been nice if it came straight from the bowl.
