2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1/2 pound bacon, chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced celery
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried parsley
1 dash paprika
1/8 cup vegetable oil
Place celery, bacon, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl. Mix well.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute celery for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, onion, celery salt, celery salt and pepper. Stirring constantly, cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve in bunches.
